Villa Sakti in Seminyak, Bali
Villa Sakti is a five bedroom villa adorned with beautiful ancient and modern artifacts collected from Indonesia as well as other countries in Asia. The designers of this villa made use of Indonesian teak, tiles and marble from Java and Sulawesi, red stones from an Island known as Lombok, and Balinese artifacts found on the Island.
Villa Sakti comprises four buildings including an open sided dining pavilion. The two double-storey buildings and dining pavilion are linked by covered walkways, while the fourth building is a single-storey guest pavilion housing two bedrooms with ensuite open air bathrooms, a library/office with a computer for guest use, and an open living space furnished with a built-in sofa and large antique Javanese coffee table.
Each of the 5 bedrooms are located in different corners of Villa Sakti’s three main living pavilions. Every bedroom suite is air conditioned with a TV and DVD player, along with stereo systems and a DVD collection for your viewing pleasure. 2 of the 5 en-suite bathrooms have private outdoor bathing areas along with washing basins and shower recesses. The open-air living and dining spaces are housed under a traditional high-pitched roof, creating a tasteful blend of classic and modern design. Artifacts and antique relics from around Indonesia add a certain character to this contemporary villa, as well as serving as a reminder of the traditions of the Balinese culture. Great for families and large groups of friends, the 18 meter swimming pool and BBQ facilities make for the ideal hangout spot on a warm afternoon. The hospitable staff is always on hand to ensure your holiday is as stress-free as possible, welcoming you with drinks and floral garlands upon arrival, as well as preparing a full American breakfast for you every morning.
Villa Sakti is located only 15 minutes from Bali’s international airport within an exclusive private estate. Its unique location provides a private, tropical retreat with immediate access to internationally recognized restaurants, clubs, shopping areas and spas, as well as easy access to the rest of Bali. Internationally acclaimed Petitenget Beach, with its sweeping views and beautiful wide sand beach, is walking distance. World-class restaurants including Ku De Ta, La Luciola, Breeze at the Semaya and Blossom at Santosa are literally just minutes away. At the entrance to the villa’s private lane is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Bali.
